At Wheelify, we take pride in delivering high-quality die-cast scale models. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must raise a return request on the same day of delivery — within 2 to 4 hours of receiving the product — either by emailing us at tjfoods87@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-9953954558.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns requested after the delivery day will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
